In the spring of 2010 over 5,100 OCDSB staff, or 52% of the total workforce (including occasional and casual employees) accepted the invitation to complete the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s first Together We Count for Student Success Workforce Census. This response rate is 20% greater than the normal industry average of 32% response rate for similar surveys. |
